Kate Saunders

Kate Saunders practices general commercial litigation with a focus on complex litigation, health law and professional regulation. She has experience in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters in both British Columbia and Alberta. She has appeared before all levels of Courts in both provinces, including the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Alberta Court of Appeal. Kate has also represented numerous clients before the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of BC and the BC Human Rights Tribunal.

Prior to joining Branch MacMaster, Kate worked in Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver with Davis LLP and Bull, Housser & Tupper LLP where her practice focused mainly on large, complex litigation files as well as health, privacy and insurance law.
