Miralex Skin Cream
This lawsuit seeks to recover damages for personal injuries suffered as a result of use of the Miralex Skin Cream. The lawsuit was certified as a class action on February 6, 2000.
Counsel for the class are Branch MacMaster and Hanson Wirsig Matheos.
This class consists of all persons who purchased or received Miralex cream distributed by either Defendant who used the cream on their person and are alleged to have suffered injury and/or to be entitled to return of amounts paid for the cream. People from outside B.C. were given a right to opt into the lawsuit, but that time period has now expired. People resident in B.C. are automatically in the class unless they opted out. The period to opt out has also expired.

Settlement Approval
A settlement has now been reached between the Plaintiffs and the Defendants. This settlement was approved by the court as fair and reasonable on April 18, 2002.

Eligible Class Members have until August 30, 2002 to file a claim with the Claims Administrator.
The claim form must be sworn before a lawyer or a notary public.
