Amelia M. Boultbee
Amelia Boultbee is a litigation associate with Branch MacMaster LLP. She joined our firm in November, 2018. Amelia practices civil litigation with a focus on health, insurance, and class action law.
Amelia has appeared at all levels of Court in British Columbia, including appearing at the British Columbia Court of Appeal on a complex foreclosure and real estate matter and clerking a the British Columbia Supreme Court.
Amelia is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Vancouver Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers’ Association of British Columbia. She graduated from University of British Columbia Allard School of Law in 2014, and subsequently clerked under six Justices of the British Columbia Supreme Court as a judicial law clerk.
Amelia is conversant in Spanish, and enjoys swimming, hiking, and volunteering.
Amelia excels in a wide variety of dispute resolution topics and methods, and prides herself on always bringing an informed and practical approach to any dispute.
