Juela Xhaferraj

Juela Xhaferraj is an associate lawyer at BranchMcMaster LLP. Her practice focuses on class actions and general civil litigation.

Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Juela worked at leading litigation firms in Toronto specializing in plaintiff-side class actions and insurance law.

Juela’s class actions experience includes representing plaintiffs in a variety of class actions, including those involving institutional abuse, Crown liability, constitutional law, securities and consumer protection.

Juela’s insurance experience has included subrogation and insurance defence. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants in claims involving property loss, constructions disputes, product liability and professional negligence.

Juela has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Small Claims Court, Superior Court, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal.
