Setareh practices primarily in health and regulatory law. She returns to Branch MacMaster following her role as staff lawyer in the Professional Conduct Department at the Law Society of British Columbia. Setareh advises regulators, practitioners and professionals alike on wide ranging issues arising from regulatory, disciplinary, advisory, and litigation matters. Setareh represent clients before BC courts and tribunals, and when appropriate, utilizes alternative dispute resolution to achieve a desired outcome for her clients.
In her free time, Setareh enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and cooking with friends and family.
