Tricia joined Branch MacMaster in 2021. She has experience working with courts in various jurisdictions across the country including Ontario (Small Claims Court, Superior Court and Court of Appeal), Alberta, British Columbia, Nova Scotia, and the Federal Court. Tricia provides support on a wide range of files including class actions, insurance defence, and health law. She works closely with counsel to help move complex and multi-jurisdictional cases to resolution. She has a keen eye for detail and has extensive experience in navigating complicated court procedural requirements.
Tricia is an integral part of the team, and as part of her role, she drafts pleadings, prepares documents for court applications, and acts as a liaison between counsel and the court.
Tricia is passionate about animal rights and environmental sustainability. She enjoys bird watching, spending time with her parrots, and creating tasty plant-based recipes.
